Organizational Project Management (OPM) refers to the overall framework that encompasses the execution of projects and programs that may belong to a certain portfolio. As projects and programs are the vehicle that enables an organization to execute its strategy and initiatives, the OPM framework is also referred to as the strategy execution framework.
