The following is a general outline. The actual outline will be provided to each student before the start of the course:

• A complete copy of the material for relevant sessions will be provided to the students one day before each session.
• A digital version of course material will be provided.

• The core of each session will involve the instructor covering the slides for the course. Screen sharing will, therefore, be needed.
• The trainer will discuss real-life cases and examples during the session.
• Q&A by participants is encouraged.
• Students are welcome to discuss specific questions related to their organization’s project situations.
• Students will have the opportunity to ask questions via E-mail related to the course any time during the weeks when the session is in progress.
