About CorpExcellence

Independent AI research for the leaders who have to make it work

CorpExcellence.com publishes practical research on AI and emerging technology for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and risk leaders. We focus on the decisions leaders face once AI moves from pilot to production.

What we do

Most writing about AI is produced to announce a product or predict the future. Ours is written for the person who has to approve a system, a supplier or a budget. Each piece explains the issue in plain language and sets out the questions to ask before you commit.

Our work is organized into six research areas, from AI strategy and adoption to AI infrastructure and operations. The same research appears in three forms, so you can go as deep as the decision requires.

How we work

  • Built to be used. Our reports end in tools a team can put to work, including worksheets, checklists, templates and roadmaps.
  • Sourced. External facts carry numbered references to standards bodies, regulators, published research and provider documentation.
  • Clear about what is ours. The frameworks and scoring methods we develop are labeled as original and kept separate from the sources they draw on.
  • Independent. References to vendors and products are for illustration and do not imply endorsement.
  • Honest about limits. Our work is decision support, not legal or professional advice. We date what we publish because AI changes quickly.

Who we write for

Our readers are the people accountable for AI in their organizations: CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, chief data officers and AI governance leads, along with the procurement, risk, legal and compliance teams who work beside them.

They work in organizations that buy, build and run AI, and they need to explain their decisions to boards, auditors and regulators.
