Agile Project Management refers to the management of projects that employ an agile methodology for product or service delivery. Although certain Agile methodologies such as Scrum and others empower their teams to make decisions and don’t advocate the use of traditional project managers, the various other management aspects of such projects still need management, which are addressed by an “Agile Project Manager.”
